Who’s Watching Who? is a curated surveillance and privacy publication. We find relevant coverage from credible publishers, identify the high points, add our own perspective, and link readers to the original article for the full story. The site exists because surveillance technology often spreads faster than public understanding. Cameras, automated license-plate readers, shared databases, alerts, retention policies, and vendor contracts can reshape privacy and policing long before most residents know the systems are in place.

Our approach

What we do not publish
